The Gatesville Water Production Department operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide safe, economical, and potable water to the citizens of Gatesville. Consumption for our community ranges from approximately 2 million gallons a day in cold winter months to peaks of near 7 million gallons a day in hot, dry periods.
