The Department is responsible for the management of the city's finances and human resources.Financial responsibilities include all aspects of management of City funds, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bid procedures, and annual budget. Human resources management includes maintaining employee handbook, employee benefits, education about labor laws, and employee welfare.
