  • Declaration of Intent to Change Water and Wastewater Rates. Implementation of new water and wastewater rates will be effective on October 1, 2026. Fee Schedule 
Legal Notices:
After planning and zoning commission consideration any zoning or ordinance amendment shall be presented to the city council for final action. City council shall hold a public hearing before acting on any amendment to the zoning ordinance or official zoning map. Notice of the public hearing shall be placed in the official newspaper or a newspaper of general circulation in the city before the 15th day before the date of the hearing. Annexation public hearings shall be before the 10th day before the date of hearing.
