  • Food Handler’s License
  • Parking (minimum 2)
  • 25-ft. setback
  • Must be equipped with a permanently installed water supply tank with a minimum capacity of 30 gallons
  • Hot water heater must be provided that is capable of heating water to at least 110 degrees Fahrenheit
  • If hooked to the sanitary sewer – grease trap required
  • Vent-a-hood and fire suppression
  • Annual license for annal inspections 
  • Copy of tax ID and/or business license, and DL of owner
  • Mailing address of owner (not where the truck is parked)
